For our first event since we kicked off FCA in DeSoto County, we had the opportunity to gather with our friends at Calvary Baptist Arcadia! The night was filled with prayer, dessert, fellowship, and great messages from our FCA Staff, a DeSoto High student athlete, and former NFL RB Steve Avery.

We are so excited to officially be doing mission work in DeSoto County! FCA strives to see every student and every coach impacted by the Gospel of Jesus Christ, aiming to make disciples who make disciples to further grow the Kingdom of God! We are also excited to have our latest staff member, Kyle Joseph out in the DeSoto schools sharing this mission with the students and community. We firmly believe that Jesus is going to change lives in DeSoto, as He already has started to. And we believe He wants to use US (You + FCA) to do it! As Jesus said in Matthew 9:37, "the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few;". WE are the laborers! WE must be willing and ready to share the message of Jesus just as He commanded us to, in any capacity that He desires to use us; and through that obedience we will start seeing lives changed!
